OUR MODEL

Equipping pastors and churches to approach elections from a purposefully biblical perspective.

The Choose Well initiative began in Iowa with a ministry called The FAMiLY Leader and its outreach to pastors, known as the Church Ambassador Network. The Network encourages churches to see their state capitol as a missions field where the Church can fulfill its calling to share the gospel, make disciples, and care for our neighbors.

THE CHURCH AMBASSADOR NETWORK

Fostering relationships between pastors and government leaders.

Through shepherd-to-shepherd relationships built through the Church Ambassador Network, pastors and churches are discovering ways to minister to our governments and our communities year-round and long after the election season has ended.

The FAMiLY Leader’s work in Iowa through the Church Ambassador Network has been successful in revolutionizing how churches engage with government. Soon, other states and national organizations asked The FAMiLY Leader to spread this unique model of ministry across the country.

THE DANiEL IMPACT

Exporting our model ministry to the nation.

Beginning in 2017, The FAMiLY Leader launched a new strategy, called The DANiEL Impact, for exporting its model ministry to other states. Today, The DANiEL Impact is thriving in 20 states across the U.S. with the goal to one day reach all 50 and even Washington, D.C., itself.

The DANiEL Impact – including the Choose Well initiative that was created to address elections – is a model of ministry built on the biblical principle that God has uniquely ordained the Church as His instrument of cultural transformation. And to the extent we can engage, equip, and empower the local Church to fulfill its mission – even in the sphere of government – we will witness transformation in government, in culture, and in America and beyond.
